The King’s Coronation Public Meeting

If you’ve ideas about how we can best celebrate King Charles III’s Coronation in our village, then the Events Committee at Ruddington Parish Council (RPC) would love to hear from you.

The meeting will be a good opportunity for anyone to discuss the sort of Ruddington events they have in mind to commemorate the Coronation (taking place on Saturday 6 May 2023) and help the Parish Council Events Committee in its planning – both for this historic occasion, and also to showcase usual events that make up life in our village.

The Committee explains: “We’re very keen to make sure we represent the dreams and ideas of people living in the village. So, we’re inviting you to tell us what’s important to you in village life, the special events you’d like to mark, and when and how you’d like this to happen.

Please do come along to the public meeting on Tuesday 7th February at 7pm in the Committee Room at St Peter’s Rooms to share your views.
